How it works

To create a giveaway for your server, you can start by running the very simple giveaway start command 
,giveaway start #channel Nitro, 2 hours

How to place the winner count

To change the amount of winners from the default threshold of 1, you can use the following --winners parameter 
,giveaway start #channel Nitro, 2 hours --winners 3
This will allow 3 winners to be announced when the giveaway has concluded.

How to add a Requirement

With the giveaway command, you are able to place requirements a user must meet in order to enter the giveaway. Below are the list of requirements available through kayo.
  • —requirement level [level]
  • —requirement boosting
  • —requirement role [role_name]
  • —requirement accountage [number]
  • —requirement serverage [number]
  • —requirement guildtag
  • —requirement vanity
  • —requirement status
  • —requirement vc
  • —requirement voicelevel [level]
  • —requirement nodeaf
1. level requires levels to be enabled through kayo2. boosting requires a user to boost the guild to enter the giveaway
  1. role requires the user to have a set role in the server to enter the giveaway
4. accountage requires the user to have been on discord for the set timeframe5. serverage requires the user to have been in the server for the set timeframe6. guildtag requires the user to have the guild server tag set on their account7. Vanity requires the user to have the server vanity set in their status
  1. Status requires the user to have a custom status to enter the giveaway
  2.  vc requires the user to be in a voice channel in the guild
  3. Voicelevel requires the user to be a certain voice level in the server
  4. nodeaf requires the user to stay undeafened in their voice channel
If a user removes the vanity or guildtag after joining the giveaway, has the role removed from them in the server, stops boosting the server, or leaves the server, they will be removed from the giveaway
Below is an example of how to implament this into the giveaway start command 
,giveaway start #channel Nitro, 2 hours --requirement level 5
You can also use a comma to add multiple requirements to enter a giveaway, below is an example:
,giveaway start #channel Nitro, 2 hours --requirement level 5, guildtag
